Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Born to Explore apparel. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're not happy. You can request a return 30 days after receiving the item.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. If an item is returned showing signs of wear, washing, or damaged, we won't be able to accept it.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of reaching it - we will take care of it at no cost to you. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated deliver date.

Once you return is accepted, an email notification will be sent to you.

Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note, refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, your order will be sent back to our return facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment cost once we have confirmed an updated address.

Shipments that go unclaimed are sent back to our return facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
